Been running this for a few weeks now. What I like is that it actually understands what customers are asking and guides them to the right products — feels like having an extra sales rep on the store 24/7. Installation was painless and it works smoothly on mobile too. A few small things I asked about were sorted out quickly by their support. Happy so far.
