We're disappointed with the customer support as we were told that technical issues cannot be resolved through email. This application does not provide an easy setup process; especially for stores that use a Page Builder for their product pages. Too expensive.

We are very satisfied with the cooperation of Robosize and us. The support was very fast and setting up the tool went smoothly. The tool offers great opportunities to display the clothing sizes accurately and to enable the customer to make a good size recommendation. Sina was always available for questions and helped us a lot.

They have the best customer support I've ever had. Mark is a great support, He helped us via e-mail and from any channel. He is the best. They've added translation for our language so do not hesitate to download and give it a try! Thanks for everything Mark!

This is a really good app. It's exactly what I was looking for--a recommendation for sizing beyond the typical size charts that require you to measure yourself, a process that can take several steps and even then may not be accurate. With this smart app, enter height, weight, and age, followed by choosing images related to waist, hips, and chest sizes, and up pop two size recommendations. Easy and painless. Set up was clear and easy to follow. Customer support is fantastic. Your questions are attended to in minutes and any issues resolved promptly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied with this service, as sizing is so important in online shopping.
