I get tons of questions about our custom portraits - sizing, turnaround times, background options. Before Vocify, I was constantly answering the same questions via chat or email. Now the AI voice assistant handles most of these inquiries instantly! Customers love being able to just ask 'How long does it take?' and get an immediate voice response. Setup was surprisingly easy - had it running in about 15 minutes. It's actually increased our conversions because people get their questions answered right away instead of leaving to 'think about it.' Best part? It's completely free!

They have built-in AI helps you setup the app, it takes time but once we have done that, the voice AI agent is live in our store. The app is completely free, it also has dashboards. Worth to try.

I came across Vocify by chance and honestly didn’t expect much. But it exceed my expectations. Setting it up was super straightforward, and I had the voice agent live on my store in under 10 minutes. It greets my customers, answers product questions, and even helps guide them to the right items. Also, it’s 100% free. I’ve tried a lot of Shopify apps and most of them overpromise, but this one actually delivers. I’m already seeing better engagement and a small lift in sales. Definitely keeping this one.
