Aiders is an AI email support app designed to assist ecommerce merchants with handling customer support emails using Shopify orders, tracking updates, and store policies. Users can set their brand voice, refund rules, review conversations in one inbox, and intervene when necessary. The app also includes a feature called Chargeback Shield to flag risk signals in support emails for further review. Additionally, there is a playground function for testing conversations before enabling customer replies.
