What happened: - Attempted to withdraw $50 from my wallet using Ainfluencer’s official AI instructions. - Their platform CHARGED MY CARD $50 INSTEAD (total held: $100). - Support refused refunds for 25+ days despite evidence. - CEO ignored escalation (email). Critical flaws: - AI gives dangerous financial instructions - No withdrawal mechanism for wallet funds - Zero accountability for platform errors - Ghosts users after taking money Warning to brands: Your funds are NOT safe here. They refuse to return money even when their AI causes errors. Demand unresolved: Refund $100 (original $50 + erroneous $50)

Can't use the app because the message part doesn't work. Reached out to helpdesk and go no help. So after not being able to use the app almost my full trial period I removed it. I reached out again so that they would refund the $50 I put in my wallet and received no reply. It has now been 5 days since I messaged them about removing my account and refunding my wallet and nothing from them. I don't know if this is a scam app, but if not then they need to fix their communication issue.

Also the funds you dropped in your wallet was refunded back to your credit card on Dec 5th as refund processing time allowed.
