Knockaround review for Aircall ‑ AI Voice & Messaging

We have been using Aircall for a while now as a dedicated phone solution for our customer service team, and it’s been a great fit for what we need. The Shopify integration is simple, but honestly that’s one of the things we like about it. When an existing customer calls, their information can be recognized right away, allowing our team to provide a more personalized experience from the start. We can also quickly jump from the call directly into the customer’s Shopify profile when we need to review their information or order history. Overall, Aircall has made managing phone support much easier for our team and works well alongside the other tools in our stack. Simple & Easy
