AiRep24: AI Sales Chatbot
AiRep24 is an AI Sales Assistant app for Shopify that helps ecommerce merchants answer shopper questions, recommend products, and hand off live chats from one AI assistant. The app allows shoppers to ask various questions, get relevant product recommendations, save favorites, and add items to cart. Merchants can customize the widget and avatar, control cross-sell and upsell rules, enable multilingual or voice conversations, and review or join chats in Shopify Admin or Telegram. Customers can keep track of products they like and get help comparing options, while our team can step in when a conversation needs a human. It’s a handy addition to the storefront experience.
AiRep24 was easy to set up, and I like that the assistant builds its knowledge from our store content instead of making us write every answer from scratch. It can answer questions about our products and policies, and we can update its knowledge as the store changes. It feels much more useful than a basic chatbot with a fixed script.
