This tool has been amazing when it comes to fraud protection. We had a drastic reduction in fraud issues when we started using it. The team is proactive and helpful with set up.

Editing my original review! Very responsive customer service, and they rolled out a great update that allows me to use their analytics search the way that I need to so that we can protect our marketplace sellers. I LOVE the Inspect with AI feature - I do wish there was a column on the analytics dashboard that showed the highest All Time Visits by IP address because the scammers we block tend to have hundreds if not thousands of visits in a short period of time.
Hey there! Thanks for the honest review. Our analytics (and app really) is always a work in progress. Our search filter is limited to only country an IP addresses at the moment but we're always open to building new features out for our customers. Edit - We're glad you like you updates! We will keep your suggestions in mind when rolling out the new batch of updates to our analytics panel.
