This tool has been amazing when it comes to fraud protection. We had a drastic reduction in fraud issues when we started using it. The team is proactive and helpful with set up.

Editing my original review! Very responsive customer service, and they rolled out a great update that allows me to use their analytics search the way that I need to so that we can protect our marketplace sellers. I LOVE the Inspect with AI feature - I do wish there was a column on the analytics dashboard that showed the highest All Time Visits by IP address because the scammers we block tend to have hundreds if not thousands of visits in a short period of time.
Hey there! Thanks for the honest review. Our analytics (and app really) is always a work in progress. Our search filter is limited to only country an IP addresses at the moment but we're always open to building new features out for our customers. Edit - We're glad you like you updates! We will keep your suggestions in mind when rolling out the new batch of updates to our analytics panel.

So I started using this app and I actually really like it. You do have to have a little patience because it is very tedious blocking all the regions you want blocked. I only sell to USA so I had a lot to block. It is working and it is great! First off it is very useful for anyone wanting to block other countries. It is so very clean looking, and it has already started doing what it is meant to do. So, 5 stars? Oh Yes! LOL. I know I am happy with this app. I can't really complain when it works. Thanks, you guys!!
Thank you for your review! We really appreciate the positive feedback. We are actively working on a feature called "whitelist" where it will allow you to block ALL countries except those found in the whitelist.
