We added the Aitaca virtual sizer to our site about a year ago and it has been accurate the whole way through. Not one problem with it. Biggest thing for us is exchanges has gone down which is the whole reason why we wanted to offer a virtual ring sizer to our customers for not only a better service but so they have an accurate way to size up there fingers without going into a jewellery store. Team behind it are friendly and easy to work with as well. Very happy customer and highly recommend.
