Hi there, and thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the charge — unexpected billing is always frustrating. We want to clarify publicly what we have already discussed with you privately. Our free trial lasts exactly 3 days, and the charge occurred because the app was uninstalled after the trial had fully ended. Shopify’s billing system processes payments automatically once the trial expires — even if the app is uninstalled immediately afterward. ​ As soon as you reached out, we immediately issued a full refund, and during our follow-up call you confirmed that everything was resolved and that you were satisfied with the outcome. We were very glad to hear that. If the issue is fully settled for you, we would be sincerely grateful if you could update your review when you have a moment — your earlier indicated you intended to do so.
