I first found this app on another site and thought it was amazing, it suggested the questions i had and showed me the answers quickly! It was really easy to setup and configure. The few issues I had were solved very quickly by the team and they worked the solutions into the product updates. I've been A/B testing and the Alby version is up over the non-AI version. However mobile isn't as strong as desktop. The team tells me they are working on mobile improvements and i have no doubt it will improve conversion there as well.

Alby has been fantastic in providing round-the-clock support for customer questions when browsing our site. The data collected is insightful and allows us to get a peek into questions we didn't know our consumers had! Not to mention, the Alby team is so helpful.

This has to be one of the best AI tools we've installed this year. Very simple integration, Alby's AI crawls your site, learns all of your products and instantly is available to answer product and brand questions. We've seen little to no incorrect answers, no hallucinations, and questions we did have were quickly answered by Alby's support team. We've now seen almost 5,000 product questions answered, lower bounce rates and higher customer engagement, which only helps our SEO rankings. Altogether, a fantastic product.
