L'app est facile à installer et les options de personnalisations sont top, le chatbox s'intègre parfaitement au design de ma boutique ce qui était très important pour moi car je vends de la cosmétique haut de gamme. En plus les réponses sont fluides et pertinentes, ce qui n'est vraiment pas toujours le cas avec les autres solutions. Il est même possible de définir le ton de voix et l'IA apprends vite donc l'image de marque est respectée. Je recommande !

Chatbot IA incroyable, idéal pour les ventes et le support client. L'équipe est extrêmement réactive et nous a aidés à le personnaliser pour un cas d'usage spécifique. Le tout n'a pris que 15 minutes ! Je le recommande vivement.

Nous avions rencontré Florian à Paris lors d'un salon qui nous a présenté son application. Nous lui avons fait confiance et depuis, nous l'avons totalement adopté pour gérer notre service client. Le côté recommandation de produit sur la boutique pour les clients est top. Bravo Florian, continuez comme ça nous on adore !!
