Alfred Purchase Orders & Stock

I haven’t been working with Alfred for long, but in the short—and deeply important—period we did use Alfred, they could not have been more helpful. From the beginning, the team took the time to speak with me directly, ask thoughtful questions about what would make our inventory process easier, and then implemented those changes incredibly quickly. I was genuinely impressed by how responsive and receptive they were to feedback. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, Stephen was right there—eager to help, listen, and work through it with me. That level of hands-on support made a huge difference, especially during something as important and time-sensitive as our annual inventory. We had a very successful inventory this year, and Alfred and Stephen were a big part of making that happen. I’m incredibly grateful for their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to listen to what we actually needed as a retailer.

Used Stocky forever and liked that system but Shopify decided to kill it so I moved to the internal Shopify PO system which was fine but then in typical Shopify fashion, they "updated" it and made it unusable. Alfred does everything Stocky did and way more and has been so easy to set up and use. The developer is also super receptive to suggestions and has been incredibly prompt with support when needed.

When looking for a reliable alternative to Stocky, we decided to give this app a try, and we’re very happy we did. The team is extremely responsive and even made several improvements based on our feedback. A solid and reliable replacement for Stocky that we would highly recommend!

This is IT - a total game changer - THE STOCKY REPLACEMENT you've been searching for. Okay okay - I'm pretty excited but I'm not exaggerating. Since Feb (when Stocky stopped being supported by Shopify) we have looked into no less than 50 replacements, and have trialed at least a dozen. They were all clunky or buggy or inefficient or too expensive for what they had to offer. Alfred is like Stocky 2.0 - it has all of the features we have been using: it's clean and simple and straightforward, plus has some additional features that are going to help us save so much time and money. Stephan is on top of any question or support issue we've had - very responsive and great to work with. I'm so glad we found this app right before Stocky truly goes away.

We’re so glad we stumbled across Alfred! With Stocky shutting down soon, we were at a loss and looking for a reasonably priced alternative for forecasting, purchase order creation, and inventory receiving/transferring. It takes some effort to learn, but it’s been well worth it. Creating purchase orders is easy and well thought out. We need to spend a little more time fully exploring the PO planning tools, but I see the potential to save a lot of time and effort on PO creation when we set them up more fully and take advantage of the reorder quantity calculations. We LOVE being able to quickly calculate landed costs and update product costs and listing prices back to shopify directly from the app. The development team is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a new forecasting and PO tool!
