Alfred Purchase Orders & Stock

We’re so glad we stumbled across Alfred! With Stocky shutting down soon, we were at a loss and looking for a reasonably priced alternative for forecasting, purchase order creation, and inventory receiving/transferring. It takes some effort to learn, but it’s been well worth it. Creating purchase orders is easy and well thought out. We need to spend a little more time fully exploring the PO planning tools, but I see the potential to save a lot of time and effort on PO creation when we set them up more fully and take advantage of the reorder quantity calculations. We LOVE being able to quickly calculate landed costs and update product costs and listing prices back to shopify directly from the app. The development team is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a new forecasting and PO tool!

Highly recommend trying this app! Like many other stores, we've been hunting for a good replacement for Stocky. After trying a handful of alternatives we chose Alfred Purchase Orders. For many of our key use cases (forecasting, purchase order drafting, receiving, stocktakes, transfers, credit memos), it's not just a substitute, it offers better and more intuitive workflows. We're very happy with Alfred so far! Stephen and the team have been incredibly helpful migrating us and launching feature improvements at warp speed to help us migrate smoothly.

If you’re frustrated with Shopify’s new PO and inventory workflows as much as we have been, try this app! Alfred POs has been invaluable as our new platform for purchase orders and inventory management in Shopify. The purchase plan tools have made generating purchase orders really efficient. They have manual PO plans that simply show you sales/inventory data to help determine quantities, or forecasting based plans that calculate quantities for you based on your Shopify data and open POs. Receiving inventory shipments into Shopify inventory is also a breeze now. So much time, clicks, and manual effort saved. The custom inventory and low stock email alerts are also a nice bonus. The team behind the app has been responsive and fast to incorporate feedback and requests. It takes a bit effort to set up, but what tool that’s handling these kinds of workflows doesn’t? It’s been well worth it. Thanks Alfred team!

Your search for the perfect replacement for Stocky/ Native Shopify PO ends here. This is the one! I've been trying many different PO apps for my multi-location, online and retail store. No other app fits my operations better than this one. Developer is extremely responsive and cares about your experience. A bonus that they are based in the US, great communication. If you have many vendors, and do inter-company transfers a lot, this app is great for that as well. The issue with the Shopify native "transfer" function is that it requires you to select the proper products first, then after having to go through all that, you have to now assign quantities. This app lets you select the products to transfer, and enter in quantites in one fell swoop for an amazing workflow. Just do yourself a favor and get this app to manage everything!
