The on-boarding process is basically non-exist. I installed the app via. app store, and all you get is a page with a "Get started" button. Clicked on the button and being redirected to a account register page, after the registration, being redirected back to Shopify app admin page, nothing happens. I refreshed the page, now It is asking credentials such as API keys, which I never been informed about. I didn't even know my account was successfully created or not. Already here, I stopped using the app. If the start phase is this difficult and not userfriendly, how can I expect the UI and features in the app are userfriendly?

It is definitely not a straight forward implementation which requires support and that is pretty much none-existent unless you commit to min $12,000 USD a year. Terrible support with pay as you go plan. We have tickets over 20 days old not answered.

Love this app! Tons of flexibility around ranking factors, using tags or metafields. We also have enjoyed using the dynamic re-ranking feature which boosts our products based on CTR and CVR
