We had and issue with our staging environment not being able to reindex. After speaking with our TAM and entering a ticket our issue was resolved in a day. I am very pleased with the continuing communication and the speed in which it was resolved.

Nous avons opté pour algolia, en pensant que le cout en vaudrait la peine. Quelle erreur, c'est un grouffre financier, qui en plus de bugger souvent, n'est pas du tout fonctionnel. SAV inexistant en plus, ou ils vous facturent toutes demande. Je ne parle pas des produits non suivi tel les cartes cadeaux qui n'apparaissent pas dans la recherche, de mes produits bunddles également disparu. Traduction du moteur de recherche également complètement HS. Bref fuyez loin de cette application, vous trouverez de bien meilleur option à plus de 10 fois moins..

The on-boarding process is basically non-exist. I installed the app via. app store, and all you get is a page with a "Get started" button. Clicked on the button and being redirected to a account register page, after the registration, being redirected back to Shopify app admin page, nothing happens. I refreshed the page, now It is asking credentials such as API keys, which I never been informed about. I didn't even know my account was successfully created or not. Already here, I stopped using the app. If the start phase is this difficult and not userfriendly, how can I expect the UI and features in the app are userfriendly?

It is definitely not a straight forward implementation which requires support and that is pretty much none-existent unless you commit to min $12,000 USD a year. Terrible support with pay as you go plan. We have tickets over 20 days old not answered.
