Our website has a complex structure due to the detailed usage and effects of our products. The information provided on the site helps train the AI, making it very useful for customers.

First let me start off by saying this App had so much potential. I thought within an hour of installing that it would be the one we'd stick with. The pricing seemed great, and the interface was easy to understand. The problems lie with the customer support - there really is none. We wanted to modify the information that was shared with customers about their orders, and omit some specific order details from the AI replies - and no one would help. We tried their own AI chat and it wasn't helpful. We tried getting a real person to reply to us to no avail. If they could improve customer support reply time and attention to reply detail it would be great.
We are truly saddened and surprised by this. You reached out to us yesterday and within 18 minutes we responded to you. However, we didn't receive any response back from you. Got Algomo running on my Shopify recently – it's decent. Good with updates and suggestions, and setting it up was a snap. Keeps up with my store's changes no problem. A feature to dive deeper into customer chat analytics would be ace. Definitely a solid pick for streamlining customer service.
