Got Algomo running on my Shopify recently – it's pretty cool. Good with product recommendations and order status updates, and setting it up was a snap. Keeps up with my store's changes - no problem. A feature to dive deeper into customer chat analytics would be ace. Definitely a solid pick for streamlining customer service.
