swapped my standard inbox widget to the algoshop ai sales chatbot last month and it's been an absolute lifesaver fr. older bots always break if a customer misspells a single word but this one has a real llm brain. it reads my products natively and actually handles global buyers 24/7 without me mapping out complex rigid keyword rules lol. highly recommend it!!
