I’m really impressed with the proactive triggers you can set up in the backend. I noticed a jump in sales after I set the AI to offer a discount code whenever a customer spends more than 60 seconds on a specific product page. It’s much more effective than just waiting for them to ask a question.

We’ve been using Algoshop AI Chatbot on our Shopify store and it’s already taken a huge load off of customer service. It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers got fast, accurate answers even after hours. So far so good, all the features you want up front to start your support on your site. Hoping to use this as much as I can for my site, as I am one person, but this should help. The support team was great when I needed a few questions answered.
