I love the "human takeover" feature. I can monitor live chats in real-time and step in the second I see a regular customer asking for something specific. It makes the transition from AI to human support feel completely seamless and professional.

The abandoned cart recovery feature is surprisingly effective. The AI pops up with a little interactive card when it detects someone is about to leave, and it’s helped us recover quite a few sales that would have been lost otherwise. It feels very proactive rather than just passive support.

It is extremely easy to use. It has been a tremendous help to our DTC brand.Having the tracking portal integrated directly into the chat window is brilliant. My "where is my order" emails have dropped significantly because customers can just pop in their order number and get real-time updates instantly. It’s a much smoother experience for them and less work for me.

I’m really impressed with the proactive triggers you can set up in the backend. I noticed a jump in sales after I set the AI to offer a discount code whenever a customer spends more than 60 seconds on a specific product page. It’s much more effective than just waiting for them to ask a question.

We’ve been using Algoshop AI Chatbot on our Shopify store and it’s already taken a huge load off of customer service. It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers got fast, accurate answers even after hours. Overall it feels like having an extra support rep who never sleeps and keeps getting better the more we use it. It's also a great lead generation tool and they're still innovating.

So far so good, all the features you want up front to start your support on your site. Hoping to use this as much as I can for my site, as I am one person, but this should help. The support team was great when I needed a few questions answered.

We're really happy with Algoshop. We've been able to streamline all written customer communications through Algoshop, including social media and it has been a gamechanger. Also the live chat works seamlessly and the AI is getting very good

About 2 hrs into the set up and 5/5 so far. Integrations with Shopify is great and it comes with a chat where you can chat directly with their team. Highly recommended!
