We work with a lot of merchants, and the team at Alia is easily one of the best. They’ve been incredibly easy to work with, reliable, and quick to respond, especially during Q4 and our busiest days of the year. They’re proactive, excellent communicators, and always follow through on what they commit to. Since switching to Alia’s popup, the results have been astronomical for us. We’ve grown SMS opt-ins by over 119% year over year and Email opt-ins by 110%, which has had a very real, meaningful impact on the revenue we drive through our subscriber base. Overall, they have a great product and a lights-out team. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

Very poor User interface, no drag and drop features in design, frustrating user experience, over priced at $100/ per month

Of all the apps we use this one made an immediate and real impact. We have 10x the subscribers we did before we switched to Alia. The key is actually the team itself, amazing support (hats off to Sowbagya!). This team executes extremely well and had us up and running in two days.

After switching to Alia, our sign-up performance improved across the board. The team helped us fine-tune everything and provided fast, thoughtful support whenever we needed it. We’ve tested a lot of tools over the years and nothing comes close to how polished and effective Alia is. Absolutely worth it.
