We love Alia. Great way for us to find the balance between educating prospective customers about our brand and our products, and offering an initial order incentive. Since using Alia vs other more basic pop-ups, our stats have increased at every level of our funnel from initial form interaction and submission through to conversion rate and AOV, while also offering a better customer experience and landing more of the messages which we would otherwise to communicate through people's limited attention to product page information

Alia is by far the best pop-up app I’ve used. It has everything I need –solid analytics, real A/B testing that actually works, fast load times, and tons of customization options. It just runs smoothly and does exactly what you want it to do without any hassle. What really stands out is the support team. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working the way it should. They’re super responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference. Alia Popups is a great tool for Shopify stores that want to engage customers and boost sales. It creates fun, interactive popups that let businesses share their brand story and offer rewards like discounts. The customization options are amazing, allowing stores to match the popups to their style with colors, text styles, and videos. Another awesome feature is how Alia collects data through surveys and email/SMS sign-ups, helping my store understand our customers. Tools like A/B testing make it easy to improve popup performance, and I have seen big increases in sales and email sign-ups. The customer support team is also fast and helpful. 100% worth it. Alia more than doubled our sign up rate to about a 25% opt-in rate , making a huge difference for our list growth and overall growth. It was easy to set up and fantastic support for refining our offer and pop-up through a/b testing. If you're spending money to send traffic to your website - Alia is a must if you want to make the most of that.

It's hands down the best pop-up app in existence. I tried the native Klaviyo and Postcript pop-up features with some success. Once Alia was integrated, we saw a 5X increase in the acquisition of email and SMS. Currently using the managed service for A/B testing to squeeze the most out of this app. Worth every penny.

I see why there are 104 5-star reviews and nothing else below that. Alia is the best SAAS company I've ever worked with... Took our sign up rate from 3.4% to 14.9% with increased AOV. Pricing is extremely fair and the results speak for themselves. The customer support team is great and helped us make edits, and get up and running in like 5 mins. If you collect email/sms on your website -- use Alia

Alia has been a great addition to our website. We've seen a clear increase in conversions on Dukhni in the UK since we started and have now implemented Alia in other geos as well. It's challenging to create and managae a brand that people fall in love with, but so important for standing out amongst the crowd! We love how Alia makes brand education front-and-center on our site, not buried in "About Us" page.
