Get in early with Alia while you can! My experience with this app and the Alia team have been amazing so far. Our products typically require a high level of pre-conversion education, so being able to incentivize brand and product learning is huge for us. The Alia team has been so helpful and receptive to feedback, perpetually striving to make their product better and genuinely trying to help us convert. Working with Alia has been a great experience. I ran tests comparing Alia with other conversion apps and saw that Alia outperformed the other tools significantly in conversions and email collections. We have a 30% conversion rate when someone starts an Alia lesson, which has been really cool to see. Moreover, I know that the emails being collected are collected users who already know about my story and products. Shaan and Cory have been great with helping our store get set up with Alia. Expensive but worthwhile. I sell luxury goods so this is expensive. However the cost does not deter from the value and merit of five stars. It works, drives sales and looks good. Customer service is wonderful too. I recommend it!
