We have been using the Alia app for a few months now and have really seen the value in it. The customer service is excellent, they were super helpful and quick to make suggestions to get it going. As a small business we value the ease of use, and another tool to help engage our customers and ultimately make conversions. The analytics data is readily available and easy to review – making the app use and performance visible. Recommend it.

Expensive but worthwhile. I sell luxury goods so this is expensive. However the cost does not deter from the value and merit of five stars. It works, drives sales and looks good. Customer service is wonderful too. I recommend it!

Alia is very customizable and can really be applied to any store on Shopify! Shaan does a great job at explaining and walking us through the set up. We've seen a lot of our customers utilize the app all while learning more about Rooted Living's mission, values and story.

The app has been performing well, people seem interested in engaging with it, and the the conversion rate and email sign up numbers are strong. Cory was helpful at all times and did as much of the work as possible to make it easy for us to get set up.
