I had problems installing this in my theme, but the support team was vary prompt and helpful. I was up and running in less than an hour. The zoom feature works great. Just what we needed to show the detail needed for our customers.

Fantastic App! Seamless integration and does what is says. Took my website to the next level! Customer support is also amazing - I had one issue which was sorted out within an hour, now it works perfectly. Highly recommended!!

It is an Okay app. Installation was very simple. The features are wonderful. However, I cannot get it to work the way the demo shows. I had high hopes for this because it looks really good. So I gave it about 20 minutes troubleshooting but to no avail. I thought it was my Windows version. No, it wasn't. I used it on several different computers (mac, windows 10, 8, and 7). I would prefer an App that works as described soon as I install it..

Great app. Easy install and does exactly what it says on the tin. I had a slight problem in setup but it was handled within the hour by the team and now works flawlessly. Highly recommended.

I purchased the product zoom app from Nulls.Net, it was easy to install it in my Shopify store, my site is up and running smooth! I am using a custom template for my Shopify store so initially there was a small bug with the way the zoom app functioned within my particular template, but I just reached out to the Nulls helpdesk and they had everything adjusted perfectly in less than 24 hours. Brilliant App works amazingly! And their response time is so fast! I messaged their support team using the message form and by the time I logged in to check my email (straight after) I already got a reply saying they've fixed my issue! Great service! Can't believe how fast they are!

I was a bit hesitant about this app as they had no reviews at all. But, I decided to give these guys a try and I have to say it was the best decision I've made. Their all in one product zoom app is the best zoom app on shopify. And here's why: 1). Lightning fast response from Soner in Turkey- sent an email at 7.53pm and received a response at 8.07pm!!! 2). 3 different types of zoom- Window, Inner (default for mobile view), and Lens (circle/square) 3). Doesn't lag the store 4). Loads pretty fast 5). The best zooming effects I've seen to date for the 'window' zoom option 6). Pricing is good and fair for a product zoom app 7). 3 days trial is good enough to test the app out on your site as the response time is lightning fast. 8). Best customer service 9). Solved an issue I had under 8 hours from first email sent regarding the zoom not working properly on a mobile device. Here's what happened. The problem: I was not able to scroll further down the product page, and I was stuck on the product image itself on a mobile device. The reason why this happened was the theme that I was using (brooklyn theme) had it's product images to a slider with full width on a mobile view as the default. The solution I wanted and received: Set the 'window' zoom option for the desktop and disable the zoom for mobile. 10).
