We were running into promo abuse and orders from buyers who seemed to be purchasing mainly to resell our products. It was becoming costly and difficult to sort through manually. We started with the free trial and saw the benefits pretty quickly. It helped us catch suspicious orders before they shipped and made it much easier to know which orders to fulfill and which ones to place on hold. It also fits smoothly into our Shopify workflow.
