UPDATE: After reading my review the development team went to work in a few days and fixed a major issue we were having with Pre-order products being recommended. They have fixed the issue and it is functioning properly now. The proper labels are being displayed to customers now so there is no way of them missing that the product is a pre-order. Thanks for fixing this.

We completely understand how interactions with back-in-stock or pre-order apps can cause confusion, especially when out-of-stock products continue to appear in the "Also Bought" section. We agree that this is a significant concern, and excluding out-of-stock products from the widget recommendations would directly address this issue, ensuring only available products are displayed in the widget. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, our developers won't be able to implement a direct fix at this time, please note that, as we don’t have access to third-party apps, resolving this would require coordination between both apps to ensure compatibility.
