Excellent. Without asking, customer support checked on our app and made some configurations so it synced up perfectly and matched our theme to the exact color. WITHOUT ASKING. Amazing. Great app, great company, give these guys a shot!

support contacted me quickly resolving my problem with caching. the app works well with my theme, the app doesn't slow down my site like 2 other recommendation apps I've used before. No complaints so far!

Very easy to install and use on my store, www.drcowansgarden.com. Recommendations start showing up within minutes. You can see when a customer adds a product to their cart using the recommendations from this app, so it's very likely that it's working. It's hard to say 100% that customers add products because of this app, or if they would have done so regardless, but I think it's highly probable that they do. But, even if only a small percentage of them do, it's definitely worth the cost of the app.

Support for this app is great. I asked them to hide their app for a few products 2 different times. They got back to me super fast and completed my request quickly.

An incredibly easy install. Personal attention to tune the code to match our theme. Immediate automated results. We are hoping this will increase our cart totals immediately... I'm sure it will.

Just installed the app and it is easy like eating a banana... With that I mean it is logic how to do things. Look and feel can be adapted and Mike took care of the wished positioning in no time. Now the app needs to show the results.....

This app is just too user friendly and up and running in minutes. Highly recommended as this will not just provide a better UX for our shoppers, but creating internal linking to boost SEO ranking.

Frank provided great customer support to fine tune the app so that it integrated well with my theme (brooklyn). The communication was fast and solved the issue I was having very quickly. It's great to see customer support like this since we know we can rely on them to help us when something comes up. Well worth the price !
