I found the app very easy to set up. In fact, the initial setup is automatic and straightforward. I wanted a little extra customisation to the styling, and the support team did this for me straight away. Their service has been exemplary. So far, I am 100% satisfied with this app and am happy to recommend it wholeheartedly.

It's the first time in my whole "e-commerce life" when I met soooo awesome team of developers. They really do know that when we install an app, we want it to work right away, not tomorrow or three days after, or even one week later. This team doesn't make us waiting, they respond very quick and are very helpful. And the app itself looks really nice and performs great. I wish we could import bulk manual recommendations but I understand that this app is mainly based on automatic recommendations (which work very good btw). I do recommend this app!

Just installed this app. I've been looking for something like this for weeks. Easily displays recommendations for the cross-sell cleanly under the Add To Cart button. Nice app. Hopefully, this will help me raise my AOV.

I downloaded this app to give my customers an easier option in viewing other compatible items with the purchase. The customer service is exceptional!! I received a follow-up tailored to my products (not automated) and they had ensured the app was working without problems and offered to tweak things. 10/10!

I have found the app to work perfectly fine and have used it for some time - no problem. I have just installed my 3rd app by Code Black on the basis that the support has been second to none - response times are always incredible. Recently had an issue with currency conversion & Google - Code Black quickly found a solution to ensure Google shopping remained happy.

One of the best and easiest apps ive even installed. No code needed. The default settings are spot on, but if you wish to change the position or appearance this can be done in seconds. It used my site history to match what customers had purchased together. I then customised some items that had not been purchased with others before, so that suggestions were made for our customers... you can use the default 'random' suggestions though if you wish. I could not recommend this app enough. There are lots of knobs to tweak for fine grain control and the support staff is doing amazing work. All the queries you have are acknowledged and resolved faster.

I've been using this app for over 6 months now and it's definitely boosted my conversions. I've looked at other apps but this is the one I've been most happy with. As stated by others, customer support is amazing and super fast to fix any issues.

I just downloaded this app because they started in 2015 which is way ahead of most people and won an award for it so you know they have the data! Also, they already helped me without my even needing to ask which was awesome because i'm a bit impatient when it comes to adding live things on my store -- especially the design - which they handled for me, even though it comes already pretty spot on to your theme. So the customer service is top notch. I'm also a huge fan of amazon reccs so this I know will be great. It's already smart because I'm a younger store and I know my products and sales so it's pretty rad. I'm very sure it'll increase AOV. We also have a big store so I think this is a MUST. If you're picky about a lot of things - use this app. I do my research. Also it's 30 days free - you have nothing to lose - they can only help. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andreas, was extremely helpful in fixing an issue that my store was expierencing with the app. In just a couple of minutes he was able to customize the app to work with my store. I highly recommend this app and it has helped to increase sales in my Shopify store.
