ALT SEO: AI Alt Text Generator

Helpful app for optimizing image alt text. Simple and effective.

Very responsive and attentive support; they added a feature we requested the same day.

My account constantly gets pushed back into the "Free" plan despite being charged $119 every month. It constantly writes over existing alt text that it has already done. I'd advise using a different App. The Alt Text that this app does make is great

Really impressed! It saves time and works great for SEO

Super useful tool with strong SEO benefits

Easy to use and boosted my SEO fast. Great app!

Nice app!! I’ll definitely keep using it on my store

I Installed AltSEO on my store, and Setup was quick and it generated alt text for all my product images . I didn't expect the generated text automatically. Saved me a lot of time and worked exactly as expected.

This app is a real time-saver. Instead of manually adding alt text to hundreds of product images, it handled everything in one go with great accuracy. The AI-generated text is meaningful, not just random words. I’m super impressed with how easy it is to use.

I was struggling to manage image SEO on my store, and this app made everything so simple. Within minutes, it generated professional alt text for all my images. My store looks much more optimized now, and I’ve already noticed an improvement in visibility. Highly recommended for anyone serious about SEO!

works quite well, even in German. easy to use. automatic description of new product images. no alt texts for other media than product images. edit: i was promised credits for a review and never received them

so far so good

Pretty good and easy to use overall, but I honestly didn't think the AI was as descriptive and good with alt text descriptions as other apps I've used.

Absolutely brilliant. So easy and effective.

AltSeo helps with the basics, and it works. It automatically adds alt text to product images, which saves me time and improves accessibility. I’ve noticed a significant increase in image search traffic since I started using it. It’s not a magic solution, but it does what it promises, and that’s already valuable.

A game-changer for SEO & accessibility! We’ve always struggled to keep alt text consistent across hundreds of product images. AltSeo made it ridiculously easy. The AI-generated alt text is surprisingly accurate and aligns perfectly with our brand tone. Setup took just a minute, and the bulk update feature saved us hours. A must-have for any Shopify store that cares about SEO, accessibility, or both
