I tried this app, and it failed every time. The translations were always incorrect. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I have no idea why some users give them five stars.

We even offered to do a live screenshare to debug what was happening to see if it's something on our end or with your setup. Please feel free to reach out and let us help you resolve the problem. We really want to see it work for you just like it works for all our other customers (seriously!).
