Updated: Working much better. Well, what loads is. Lots of other items are not. Having been asked to give a 5-star review - which we did because they asked nicely and we'd love it to work - we waited for products to be processed. After a few weeks we were told they were all ok. then we looked - no - still not done. It's been a huge waste of time. Can anyone recommend an alternative, please? Previously: The customer service is swift, patient and really tries to help. But the app fails so often. We're sticking with it for now because listing on Amazon is tricky. Hopefully, the developers will fix this app's failings, and it proves to be an asset to us and worth the effort. PS - support can also be patchy (and unreliable).

Our support team are online 24/7 and would almost always respond within an acceptable timeframe. There may be occasions during unusually busy periods that can cause a delay, this is highly irregular.
