Customer service is very knowledgeable and patient. It seems like the app still has some glitches but the tech team behind it seems to fix issues quickly and is easy to reach via chat. I would recommend contacting Chat Support before you sync your products so that you can onboard correctly and eliminate any potential problems. I wish refunds were synced - it's now one extra step that wasn't necessary with Shopify's native integration.
