Once setup, all your orders will be fulfilled by Amazon so you don't need to touch anything, this is a big deal for a startup who should not be wasting time on fulfilling, they should be wasting time on growing sales. Note: You must set up an Amazon Sellers Central account and then ship your items to Amazon where you can both sell on Amazon (increased sales for you) and use their fulfillment.
