Didn’t expect customers to actually use this so much, but now they fix their own orders and we barely get those emails anymore

I needed an app to let customers edit their order notes and make other changes. Support was awesome and got me set up exactly the way I wanted to be within a day. The app is easy to use and customer's have already figured out how to use it. Highly recommend this app.

This app is perfect for handling all order editing needs from the customer’s point of view. It’s intuitive and works seamlessly. Martin is incredibly responsive and always steps in to implement any ad hoc features when needed. The support is outstanding, highly recommended!
