Overall a good app for WhatsApp automation, marketing and managing customer chats in one place. Setup was straightforward and it integrates well with Shopify. Customer support is responsive and helpful when needed. The cost of the app as well as the messaging cost is great advantage over other apps. Overall, a solid option if you want to handle WhatsApp communication without too much complexity.

Une app vraiment intéressante. J'ai toujours eu du mal à récupérer les paniers abandonnées, c'était vraiment beaucoup d'argent de perdu. Mais cette app résout le problème de façon simplifié et efficace. Je recommande !

Does exactly what it promises Installed it mostly for abandoned cart recovery and honestly it's been working quietly in the background ever since. Customers get a WhatsApp nudge, some of them come back and complete the order, simple as that. Order updates are automated too so we're not manually messaging anyone anymore. For such a low price it's a no-brainer for a small store. Give it a shot.

We were looking for a good WhatsApp communication and this one did the job. The setup was straight forward and customer support team was quick to respond. There is big price advantage, which matters a lot when the volume of message grow. The app is fairly new in the market and I hope they maintain the feature smoothness and support quality.
