The support team is unreal. They were very friendly and helped me fixed an issue with our website that we were not able to sort out. We have also seen a significant increase in sales through Upsell.

Everything works as it should! If you need any help with customization the support is there to help. We had a lot of requests and they met them all. Can't recommend this app (and the support team behind it) enough!

We've been using the app for just over a month and the experience has been extremely positive thus far. Our onboarding specialist, Sadie, was extraordinarily helpful in getting us set up for success. She hopped on multiple calls with us to ensure we were incorporating best practices. Additionally, the customer support has been very responsive post onboarding. We reached out about an issue we wanted to address and within the hour, a CS specialist (Nair) responded that he was working on the issue. Another specialist (Christian) helped address the issue and it was solved before the end of that business day. Overall, very pleased with the experience thus far! Outside of exceptional customer service and support, the platform has been effective at driving additional revenue. Would recommend to any brand looking to introduce upsell capabilities!
