We've been using the app for just over a month and the experience has been extremely positive thus far. Our onboarding specialist, Sadie, was extraordinarily helpful in getting us set up for success. She hopped on multiple calls with us to ensure we were incorporating best practices. Additionally, the customer support has been very responsive post onboarding. We reached out about an issue we wanted to address and within the hour, a CS specialist (Nair) responded that he was working on the issue. Another specialist (Christian) helped address the issue and it was solved before the end of that business day. Overall, very pleased with the experience thus far! Outside of exceptional customer service and support, the platform has been effective at driving additional revenue. Would recommend to any brand looking to introduce upsell capabilities!

Just installed the app, very user friendly. Needed some help modifying my theme for the app to work in a better way for us, and contacted the support team. WOW, they were extremely responsive, and quickly made some code changes to my theme to get the system to operate exactly like I wanted. More than impressed! Looking forward to working with the team for a long time. And can't wait to get some more things setup in the app to really help our upselling on our store.

Great app, I tried their application a few months ago and ended up uninstalling it as it didnt goes well. Their team advised me to give it another go, and it's been the best I've done for my store this month. I showed them what I wanted, and within a few hours everything was up and running and fitted in perfectly with my theme. Pop-up, bundle, one click-upsell, side cart everything is there. Their team is professional and very responsive. I sincerely think that if you're serious about e-commerce you should consider installing their applications, try it out and then talk to them about it. I'll now change the cart of my others store as well. What I also like is that the price is fixed, unlike other applications that charge you according to the amount you generate. In short, go for it with your eyes closed

The tech support team for the AMP Upsell app is absolutely outstanding! Their communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly, making sure everything was working perfectly before closing the case. I truly appreciate the extra effort and attention to detail—it’s rare to find this level of dedication. Top-quality customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Great app and fair pricing. Their whole support is outstanding! We needed to do o lot of changes in the code and they did so well! Now we are using the App for a couple of weeks and our AOV has already increased. Due to a sold out situation we had to change our free gift in cart and something did not work so we contacted the support and they helped us within minutes. :-) Thank You!! We will try out more upsell options soon.

As a Lifetimely fan, I was excited to try Upsell by the same team. We started with just two placements and it did well, but when we added 4 more, the AMP team knocked it out of the part with the setup, and 40% of orders are now taking an upsell. I've never heard of a take rate that high. Their team is highly responsive and want to see your store win. Don't be worried by the lower number of reviews, it's because it's new. This is going to be a best of Shopify app if it gets the same results for your as it has for our store. Thanks AMP

We have been using the upsell app for a few months now and are very satisfied. The upsell options in the shopping cart work very well for us! The support is really super super good!!! We had to make some adjustments to the design and everything was implemented super quickly and well for us. Can highly recommend the app.

A super upsell mode with important features like upsell boxes, pop-ups, upsell in the shopping cart, etc. The ultimate is the amazing support. Several people will take care of your issue, and the problem will be resolved within 2-4 hours. Thank you!
