We use Lifetimely and already love it, so it made sense to switch over our post purchase upsells to Upsell by Amp. We're just getting started with the app, and super excited to dive into their user-friendly dashboard analytics. 10/10 great customer service team, respond in a timely manner and super patient with our million and one questions. Loving this app and really appreciate the team's responsiveness in helping me set up and trouble shoot. Seeing results from the product page placement upsell and love having 1 app with slide cart functionality. Highly recommend.

The app functions great on our site and customer service is amazing! We made a request for a function that was missing after an update. Just over a week later the customer service team reached back out to let us know that the functionality had been added! Amazing service and a wonderful team.

Great app and excellent service/support. Anoop and his team are dedicated and passionate about what they do, and it shows. No ask was too big, and the turnaround time for requests was usually less than 6 hours—super impressive! I highly recommend the app and the AMP team.

The app works fantastic for us because of its data-driven upsell recommendations. The customer support is the best we have ever experienced. The entire team is super helpful if you come across any issues. We use this Upsell app along with another app called Lifetimely, which I understand is also developed by the same team. Our AOV has increased by 20% using Upsell by AMP and I strongly recommend this app for anyone looking at seriously boosting their AOV.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to integrate Upsell with our Shopify Plus store. Previously, we were using Rebuy for many of the same features, but felt we were overpaying and receiving very little support and customization. With Upsell, they delivered the same, if not more, value right away at a significantly lower monthly cost. Beyond that, communication from the Upsell team has been unparalleled, having frequent conversations of how the tool is working for our store and what features and improvements we'd like to see. At every step, they have been transparent with their production roadmap and eager to hear our feedback. We also use their sister application for analytics, Lifetimely, and are very happy with the ways in which the two work together to deliver value to our store.

Their customer service is incredibly fast with replies, and whenever we've encountered an issue, they were quick to address it. The team has been consistently helpful with custom requests, ensuring everything works perfectly for my store. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, I love the fact that you can select upsell category wise. Also, the slide cart functionality along with progress bar - that is a complete solution in itself. And to top it - they provide excellent service, quick responses via email. Highly recommended - for those who are looking for slide cart + progress bar + upsell in the cart.

Honestly was a little hesitant at first, but after meeting with the team and discussing both how it works and what I can gain from it, I have nothing bad to say. It's intuitive and easy to understand, but if you are struggling with anything, the team is very easy to reach.

Great APP! Excellent Customer Support! Complete product journey from product page, product page pop-up, cart page, checkout page, post purchase page, thank you page, and order status page. Besides this, this APP supports AI upsell items, and this's very helpful, the converted percentage is quite high. Highly recommend.

I won't use it the way it currently is. If you're looking for an app that allows you quick set-up and you don't care about flexibility in the messaging of each of your upsells (which we've seen is crucial for conversions), then this will be fine for you. It took me less than 10 minutes to figure out that this just isn't a good fit. The editor is clunky, I can't see previews of individual products and worst of all I can't have individual messaging per funnel above the fold. I hoped this App could be a one-stop solution for our upsell funnels, but it can't be the way it is now. The app isn't bad, but it just isn't good either. If you're looking to maximize your upsell revenue, this isn't it. If you're just looking to set anything up, then this would probably be fine.

In our company we were looking for new options and solutions to improve our sales, customer experience and encourage cross-selling on our website. With Upsell we have found all of that. They gave us the solutions and were always very attentive by helping us in any step we made.
