The form did what I needed it to do exactly and it was easy to connect my metafields to the form. I wanted some customization help in making the first dropdown field blank for a required selection and Giacomo made it easy, and gave me the tools to make that change when I needed to do it again.

I chose this plugin to integrate the tax code as a necessary field during registration and within the user profile in Shopify because I need it to issue an invoice. It works perfectly, solving my problem and giving me full control over registration and login. Customer support is the high point: I contacted them for some technical issues and Giacomo was really great, in a few hours he explained what needed to be done, with the necessary code and useful solutions for customizing the registration form in the shortest possible time. I highly recommend this plugin for its reliability and outstanding support. Plus, it's free as well.
