This is the second time I've used Anagram (the last being Xcel wetsuits) and couldn't be happier. We are seeing between a quarter and a third of all site traffic use the app, boosting conversion into double digits for that segment, and significantly reducing load on customer service. We are also using Anagram to power a retail store locator, which is easy to use and drives customers to stores with our product. The Anagram team awesome and always available to help, and the app works smoothly all the time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. No downside in getting it. We are stoked!

Anagram AI has proven to be an extremely valuable tool that has elevated our Ecommerce potency. Their dev team has been incredibly easy to work with and the backend admin interface is intuitive / easy to navigate. If you're looking to incorporate more AI tools to your website, Anagram AI would get a 10/10 from our team.

Anagram has been incredibly valuable for Body Glove in not only giving consumers 24/7 personalized responses while decreasing our customer service tickets but also in providing us with the data to streamline how we optimize product listings and improve our future content quality. Conversion rates of consumers engaging with Anagram is about 3-4x our norm. Anagram has become an essential and favorite tool in our ecommerce toolkit.

Anagram has been an excellent value add tool for Dakine. We’ve enjoyed working with their team and continued develop of Anagram’s learnings. Anagram has help lift Dakine’s conversion and provide accurate/instant answers for customers. The backend analytics has helped guide our focus on which collections/products need the most attention to provide a better experience for our customers.

Anagram has been a lifesaver. Having a higher price point product means our customers always have lots of questions they need answered before they pull the trigger. This tool helps them feel safer about their purchase and i'm amazed how the answers always seem very on brand and accurate. Highly recommended
