Absolutely love this tool. The Anagram ai takes care of quick questions that allow our Digital and CX team more time to focus on big issues and web site improvement that we did not have the time for before. The team is incredibly helpful whenever you need them.

Excellent tool to support customers needs. The team at Anagram has been incredibly helpful, from promptly answering any questions we have had to making sure we set up the backend well, constantly adding features and upgrading their own usefulness, we are very happy with our choice! So many businesses in this field lack vital customer support needs, I do not have that feeling whatsoever with Anagram.
