Great app - We get insights into which products our customers considered buying but didn't - always helpful! Also, very impressed with the level of support. Michael helped us set up Google analytics, and has been very helpful overall!

Ok two part review - #1 The app is simply Awesome - works perfectly and offers insists into what your customer are looking for if you use the in store search tracking and the referral aspect lets you know where to concentrate your efforts or in kind whats not working. Simply a must have for any store owner. Part #2 Had the program configured a little wrong at first sent an email to Michael asking a question - and he jumped in and hekped me within a matter of a couple of hours having it up and running 100% smoothly and collecting data I really needed and didn't expect. When it comes to an app and support I will keep my eyes open for whatever this genius comes with - it's bound to be good.

Michael has been an amazing help with the Support he has given us in setting up Analytics Buddy for our online store. If your hesitant with downloading the app don't be, you'll be in good hands!

Bit of a useless app as there are no reports and you have to go into each product to see views and ads. It would be great if they would have a report that shows this in one place that you could just adjust dates. If you have a few products I guess it's a good app, but if you have any more than 20 products you really don't have the time to be bothering with the way this is set up. If you guys add a simple report where you can filter by date, you would be a fantastic tool. One that people would gladly pay for! Update: I may have been a bit harsh in the original assessment. This is a good app for a store with a small number of products. For our store, with hundreds of products it doesn't work. I wish they would add a paid version with reports and other capabilities.

Can I start off saying ... I'm confused to why people aren't taking advantage of this app and the service of Michael. Top of the line customer service and gets back to you in less than 24 hours. He also help me understand why I'm not able to read my analytics correctly. This is a must!!!

Easy to install and just experienced timely insights on a new order - and now we know it came from google on a mobile phone order! No way. Our mobile shopping experience came through like a champ. Many gems in the Shopify app store.

One of the most insightful apps I've installed...I'm keeping this one! The install was just a bit tricky when linking to your Google Analytics--the video got it (you have to select your SPECIFIC account by clicking the down arrow to show it), but if you are just installing without reading instructions (like so many of us), you might miss that. Not only does this app show customer activity go-forward from install, it also showed what product pages customers viewed for previously placed orders, and how they got to your site, This is great info for followup activity (know what they might have been interested in) but also what ad campaigns of social sites are getting your customers to you. I know I'm being wordy here, but I was really impressed for a FREE app!

App is great, does exactly what it says it will.... even better though is the customer support! I asked for help and got much more than I asked for without waiting any amount of time... not bad to say we're in different countries! Very very Happy Customer!!!

This is an amazing app with top notch support. It provides an extra layer of analysis that provides key insight into the 'how' and 'why' of customer purchases. This has allowed us to adjust where necessary and improve our delivery. As well, we have been able to enhance our successes by better promoting certain products. Definitely recommend.

Great app, top-notch support. Ideal for someone who doesn't want to spend time trawling around Google Analytics, it adds the GA data to your product and order pages on Shopify.

I don't see any value, at least not thus far. I've followed the instructions precisely. Nothing is appearing under the ... button under Orders. But the instructions say that it should be appearing. Strike one. Secondly, the app DOES appear under the ... button under Products. But when you then load the app the "data" that appears is ridiculously minimalist, at best. This app doesn't appear to hold a candle to competing analytic apps on Shopify. It should remain free if it continues in this state. I am a former software company owner that had customers in 40+ countries. If I am missing something and my analysis is off base, let me know how, and why.

LOVE this app. One of those "must haves" on any store. You'll never get the kind of detailed reporting from Google without using Analytics Buddy. It's unbelievable how much insight I've learned from my customers and products having this app installed. I use it on all my stores! And Michael is top notch when it comes to app support. Always there to help and even willing to fix things himself. Thank you!!!

The only thing that I didn't like was when I did an update it sent a separate email for every product that updated. I think that is a feature I don't care for.
