This AI chatbot saves us hours of repetitive customer support. We sell customized products. NFC review stands, personalized gifts, acrylic items. Every customer has slightly different questions. "Can I add my logo?" "How does the NFC stand work?" "What's the turnaround time?" Angle's AI assistant handles FAQ automation really well using our product info. The product recommendations for cross sell and upsell have been a nice bonus too. It's freed up our support time and shoppers get instant answers instead of waiting. Simple Shopify chatbot app that does exactly what it says.

Best product recommendation chatbot we've used on Shopify. We carry hundreds of perfumes across different brands, price ranges, and types. Shoppers used to browse endlessly or leave because they couldn't narrow things down. Angle changed that. The AI shopping assistant handles questions like ""men's perfume under 10 BHD"" or ""something similar to Dior Sauvage"" and gives instant answers with product links. It works like having a knowledgeable salesperson doing customer support 24/7. Has definitely helped with conversions. Very happy with this AI chatbot.
