Maël and his team are always so fast with resolving problems and communicating with me. I truly have had a great experience with this teams customer service. They also created a new 3D model for me that came out INCREDIBLE. The details on the model are beautiful compared to what I originally had! Again, if you’re hesitant, don’t be. You will be in great hands working with this team. If you’re looking to have a 3D model created for you too, this is the place to be!

Look no further than this app. When you're looking for a 3D configurator app for your Shopify store, there are a lot of options you come across. Some are reasonably priced, and some are very expensive... Chances are you're trying a lot of them. We did that as well... When we came across Angle 3D we were surprised by the reasonable price. But we were blown away by the possibilities, the way it's easy to use, and above all; the customer service. Maël has been really helpful in getting the most out of the 3D configurator. Proactively providing us with tips and helping us when we needed to expand the options. This app is worth its money and exceeds all expectations.

I've looked around at several solutions for 3D Shopify previews, and this one is by far the best. It's very easy to set up and really flexible. I use it as customizer for an assembled-to-order product, and it handles that usecase perfectly. Mael is also extremely helpful with support whenever you have issues. I messaged him on the live chat, and literally within minutes was in a video conference with him to debug the issue I was running into - and he's also always eager to get feedback and suggestions to improve Angle3D. If you're interesting in trying it out, there's the trial which pretty much speaks for itself. I would recommend preparing a 3D asset ahead of time though in .GLTF / .GLB format though (Blender can export this), which is what Angle3D uses, so that you make the most of your trial time.

This is an incredible app with first-rate support. We paid for the 3D models and setup, which was well worth it, as the quality and user experience is wonderful. The format is not suitable for semi-translucent materials, but that is the .glb format and nothing to do with the app. We are in the process of adding additional models. If you want to customise products, look no further. Highly recommended.

We have used this app for a few months now after searching for a solution for well over a year! The app is very versatile and a perfect way to work around shopify's 100 variant limit, performs excellently and looks fantastic! Customer service was fast and brilliant and helped us work out all the problems we had swiftly, would give more than 5 stars if i could!

We use this app to give our customers the opportunity to design their own bag. They can choose their bag body, tassel and strap separately and can design their own designer bag. And they love it! This app and the personal support is amazing! We have had two video calls to answer our questions. They take time to satisfy the users. Every question is answered very soon. The configurator works really good and our customers love to play with the different colors. We especially love the AR function with which the customers can see (with their mobile phone) if the bag fits to their outfit before they get it in reality. Thank you very much for this cool configurator!
