I was very satisfied with the customer support. Jean Fritz took the time to help me with the setup in a personal and very friendly call and immediately resolved an existing product synchronization issue. Beyond that, the integration offers everything a brand needs to sell on Ankorstore when using a Shopify store. Great Job!

Jean Fritz Saint Paul was really helpful and kind. We had a interesting and succesful meeting and he guided me through the whole proccess of solving the issue. There's a ticket he wrote to Shopify regarding something that may be a bug (it somehow appears another app called just Ankorstore). It's really cool to have a REAL person-to-person meetings. I really appreciate the time he spent helping me out. Cheers guys

Easy to use, makes importing products much quicker and updates stock regularly. Great support with any queries.

Great integration with the Shopify, seamless experience, it really helps us manage all of our orders on both platforms! Also support from Ankorstore team is great, they very promptly responded to any questions I had and helped me with the setup.

Même si nous avons rencontré un problème lié à la nouvelle application entre Shopify et Ankorstore, nous avons finalement réussi à le résoudre avec succès. Il y a encore des soucis de synchronisation de stock et d'autre détails à revoir mais le support "SAV" est top.

Synchronisation impossible. It keeps saying an SKU is required. Waste of time.
Thank you for using our Application. I can see you've recently join Ankorstore and haven't set up your product catalog yet. The Application in Shopify is designed to best assist you in creating products in Ankorstore using the information you have on shopify and according to the rules we have on the Ankorstore marketplace to best serve the retailers that will come to by your products. One such rule is for your Shopify products to have a valid unique SKU so it can be properly referenced in our system.
