After trying out 9 different AI chatbots, we can safely say that Answer AI is possibly the most customer-centric company we have come across. While our product line and volume (>300K SKUs of Industrial Parts) required a lot of non-standard work on their part, Ben & Thomas kept us updated at every step of the way on the progress and put their best foot forward. As unfortunate as it is that there were bottlenecks as their current offering is designed with a focus on Fashion & Apparel Stores, we have no doubt that the way they approach each client's needs is going to propel them to be THE AI CHATBOT plugin everyone's going to be after. They took it a step further and arranged for the refund of the subscriptions for the months we were on their paid plan as a goodwill gesture. This last bit has left us feeling deep respect for the company, as this is not something we see often. Ben, Thomas - Thank you for everything!
