AnswerAI has significantly elevated our customer's experience and the efficiency in answering queries. The layout is super clear and it is very easy to train the chatbot to assist all the relevant customer questions. During our peak periods (promotions/sales) the AnwserAI is able to be trained on this is in bulk and take a significant amount of work load off our customer support team. It has played a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience giving customers the relevant knowledge on their favourite products. It has been easily integrated with our emailing platform allowing support requests to come to us directly so we don't miss any customers or queries. Ben has been extremely helpful is assisting with any training or issues that we may of faced which has made the integration of AI so much easier. We would really recommend using this for your store as it has definitely made our whole customer experience so much smoother.
