There is so much happening so fast with AI, it is hard for independent businesses to know where to begin. We are excited to start this journey with Answerbase. The AnswerBase question and answer format was seamlessly incorporated into our Shopify Store. The customer support is very responsive. James is extremely helpful and makes a great partner that is very invested in our success and continuing results from engaging with this app. We have seen a tremendous number of conversions from customers that have engaged with the Q&A feature on our website. Many visitors are finding the answers to their queries using AnswerBase and converting which is taking a significant load off of our support staff with a corresponding increase in sales.
