This app is super easy to use and they have tools available that have cut out order processing time down by about 80%. The team is super responsive in responding to tickets. The team at Antigro couldn’t be more helpful. From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly quick at getting everything integrated and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. We seem to come up with some fairly bizarre requests at times, but they always understand exactly what we’re trying to achieve and somehow manage to bring it to life! Waclaw and Sylwia in particular have been absolutely brilliant. They’re genuinely lovely people to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and always there when we need them. Our days can be ridiculously busy, so the fact they’ll happily jump on a conference call with us at 8pm when that’s the only time we can fit it in says a lot about the level of support they provide. We’ve never felt like we’ve been left waiting around for answers or trying to figure things out by ourselves. The platform itself has been brilliant too. Downloads are really speedy, the integration has been smooth and the charges are extremely competitive compared with other apps we use. Most importantly, our customer feedback has been 10/10, which is ultimately what matters to us. Everything works well, our customers are happy and if we ever want to change, improve or add something, the team are always quick to help. Since this review comes with one star but zero words, we feel obliged to add a little context to this holiday mystery. 🎄🔍 On December 30, 2025, we received a support ticket because yes, even our app occasionally decides to keep things interesting. 😉 We sent our first response within 16 minutes. After a few messages and a full investigation, we understood the issue, proposed a solution, and implemented the necessary changes, all on the very same day. Then… silence. We assumed that no news was good news and entered the New Year feeling cautiously optimistic. We remained in suspense until Shopify delivered the unexpected plot twist: this one-star review. 😢 And that concludes our side of the story. We are still here, still slightly confused, and still happy to continue the conversation.
