Great support from Chris and the APOD team. Had a setup issue connecting stores and it was resolved quickly and professionally. App is working well and integrates nicely with Shopify. Highly recommended

I am not pleased with how this program charged me for yearly payments when I actually signed up for monthly payments. Every other day it is still trying to charge a yearly payment that I don't have...smh.

I have tried a couple of personalization apps, but APOD is by far the best of the bunch. The learning curve is way less than many of those other apps that I've tried. I love the things that you can do with it. Anytime I have had any issues with trying to get something to work, APOD has always been on top of it. Chris Meats is the best. Sometimes I don't think he sleeps (LOL). There have been times when I was working on a project late at night and sent a question about a design issue I was trying to figure out. I didn't expect to hear anything until the next morning. And a little while later I get the solution from Chris. I can't say enough about these guys.

Of all the tools out there to assist me with my print-on-demand shops. APOD is by far my best investment. If you aren't willing to invest in this, you will not be able to keep up with the fast-changing world of AI and print-on-demand. Why do I love APOD so much? Glad you asked. #1 CUSTOMER SERVICE - Nothing like it anywhere. When I have a question, no matter how basic or complicated it is, Chris has always answered my question in a timely and professional manner. And when he sends you your very own video to assist you with your particular issue, you will know what I mean. He genuinely cares about the success of his clients. Honestly, he should charge extra for those side helps that he gives us (don't hate me, but it is true). #2 APOD is absolutely hands down the best you are going to get when it comes to automation and/or personalization. With all the bells, whistles, and wishes you can imagine. If it is not already available in APOD, believe me, it will be soon. I have been with APOD for two years, and I have personally witnessed the changes at warp speed that Chris has been able to offer his clients. With AI integrated and changing every day, Chris has managed to keep up with the latest and greatest and pass those fabulous time-saving solutions our way. So if you want to create mockups in seconds, rapidly list your products, create bulk listings with the help of AI, and be the first to offer your Etsy customers the ability to upload an image to see how a product looks BEFORE they order, then APOD is for you. I could go on and on, but all this to say... MAKE THE INVESTMENT! You will not be sorry.
