They took the customers money and never shipped the products. It's been 18 days and they don't acknowledge their mistakes. Mareeya if its her real name is answering every 2 days with lots of excuses without even having shipped the order yet today. There is no possible way to raise a complaint. DON'T USE THEY they are a scam Even shopify is now warning that the app has issues. It's not legit

It's an easy way make your designs and they have so many clothes. Great prices too. I love all the options and the products they offer.

I am not sso sure about it cause I just started so hopefully its good and have a fast shipping so that my customers can received their items fast. I hope that this really does work for me

I don't usually leave reviews, but AOP+ is brilliant. It's only been a few weeks but so far products are great, service is great, my customers are happy so I'm happy.

This app is pretty easy to use, has a good amount of options but the shipping times (3 weeks and counting) is horrendous. I'll be switching to another company that has better shipping. Luckily it was just a test order back in April 24th but if it were an actual customer I know I wouldn't here the end of it.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the shipping timeframe, we know how important to you and your customers to receive the orders as soon as possible, we investigated what happened to make sure we did not miss anything on our part. I have below the timestamp of the order progress from the start: April 24th - Order received in our AOP APP April 27th - Order was paid and was forwarded to our production for processing, once the order is paid only time production process will start. May 4th - Order shipped within the time frame (5 business days) May 7th - Our US facility received the order May 8th - Order passed to the USPS May 10th - USPS scanned and received the order Looking at this, the order is with USPS now, as we all know, we do not have control over shipping delays with the courier once we handed over the orders to them, we at AOP make sure that orders are processed and shipped out as soon as we can. Absolutely love this app! We were looking to add some own-brand products to our store. We tried out a few apps & this one was by far the best. It's really easy to use. I just discovered that this app does not automatically transfer a payment made by my shopify store paypal button. The funds sat in my business paypal account, ergo, my order did not go through. Luckily, it was my own order, which I always place before I go live. I cannot use an app that will not accept automatic transfers between payment methods and their business. Too bad, because I think I'd like their facemasks. I'd give them 0 stars but...

We have updated our APP now, our users have the option to pay the invoice by auto-debit to the card they save on our APP or manually, but automatic transfer from your store payment to ours is not possible, which mostly same goes to other POD APP. Great app! quick turnaround time. I used them when others were going through COVID related delays, and they were still pretty fast compated to them

I have been working with AOP + and have developed an excellent working relationship with the owner and his team. My company owns multiple e-commerce businesses, all high volume and have worked with most of the POD's listed in Shopify Top 10 but no one compares to this company in terms of their caring about the product, quality, service, etc. The updated AOP+ app is a vast improvement over the last app this company used and they are always open to suggestions to make it better. I love the Facebook group which they offer which is very active with helpful users. The owner Uygar has created a community amongst competitors and this is not easy to do! I'm very satisfied with app and highly recommend it to other. Thank you Uygar!

This is by far the WORST pod company I have dealt with. I figured since they claim to operate and manufacture in London it would be different. I was right but it was worse. Communication take 24-48 hours to reply and often requests the same as the last person. They say 7-10 for production and 4-5 days for shipping to arrive. My customers are waiting for items they paid for a month later. Whats worse is they produce a tracking number weeks prior to shipping the shows as preshippment in California. The customers check every day and see the same thing. Now I am getting terrible reviews from long time customers. Their response is once we produce the shipping information it is out of our hands. Absolutely stay away. Gooten or Printify are light years ahead of AOP+

Looks like scamer, pushed his dropshipping leggins on your store, no adress on side, no app shown on etsy if you give them access.
